Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Feast Catering for your Glen Eden retreat. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions before confirming your booking: 1. Securing Your Booking A $500 deposit is required to secure your booking. Your booking is not locked in until the deposit has been received. If the requested date is unavailable, the $500 deposit will be fully refunded. Once your booking is confirmed, no refunds will be issued for any reason. 2. Payment Schedule 6 weeks before your retreat: An additional payment of $2,000 is required to continue securing your booking. 7 days before your retreat: The final balance, based on the confirmed number of guests ($250 + GST per person), is due. 3. Guest Numbers and Final Payment Final guest numbers must be confirmed 7 days prior to your retreat. The remaining balance is due at the same time (7 days before the retreat date). All payments made are non-refundable, including the $500 deposit, the $2,000 additional payment, and the final balance. 4. Cancellation Policy Once your booking date is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. No refunds will be issued for any payments, including deposits or final payments, once the booking is confirmed. 5. Communication All communication regarding your booking, guest numbers, and payments must be conducted via email. This ensures clarity and a record of all agreements. 6. Dietary Requirements Any dietary requirements or special requests must be submitted with your guest numbers at least 7 days prior to your retreat. While we will do our best to accommodate these needs, changes after confirmation may not be guaranteed. 8.Changes to Your Booking Changes to guest numbers or special requirements are accepted up until 7 days prior to your retreat. After this point, no changes can be made. 9. Unforeseen Circumstances In the rare event that Feast Catering is unable to fulfil your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments, including the $500 deposit, will be refunded in full. By confirming your booking with Feast Catering, you agree to the above terms and conditions. Please ensure you are comfortable with these policies before proceeding.
